TC GRAPHIC is a design studio based in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. It is run by freelance designer/photographer Tom Chea. He works with other specialist web designers, developers, graphic artists and freelance digital media photographers and specializes in the creation of cost efficient and highly customized web sites for businesses around the New England area.
